I got into the industry as a trainee sales representative with Max Factor 32 years ago Top tips for entering the industry at any level To enter the Industry I would suggest you first decide which area of business you want to specialize in (sales, marketing, logistics etc) then pick a company that offers training and development and one that has strong connections with your chosen path. Look for brands that fit your personality, if you are young you would probably enjoy working with younger more fun brands. Consider the size of Company, smaller companies will give you more breadth to your role and a chance to think outside the box, bigger companies will be more structured. Decide which suits you best.
